SR Platform Seats

Here the very first impression of my second UK asset from the almost inexhaustibly stock of drawings I got from 2995valliant

I need some tips about the colour of the wooden planks because the plans are only black and white...

And a new Thompson pacific ! Sadly Thomas-ifidy though if people want a IRL version the original modeller may do irl variants/liveries later on if there is support for it as sadly this model you can't reskin it as it would be against the modellers wishes.

Happy New Year Spitfire.

Some of the models on that website are nicely put together. One thing I'd like to see is that LNWR 'Bloomer' done as a faceless model.

I purchased three of Connor's GWR 4200 class tank engines as a New Year's present to myself. With Tristyn in Winter nominally passing for a Welsh layout I think I can justify having three of these heavy coal movers.

Classic Dukedog crossing a bridge picture. When I was a young tennager I had a book on BR branchlines in the 1950s and it was full of pictures of Dukedogs. Still very much one of my favourite engines.
Happy New Year everyone and let's hope 2024 will be a good one.

Is there away to add a Smokebox door as a face to these ?
Yes there is, - but you'll have to find some way of making a substitute smokebox door and then killing off the face scripting without causing any errors or faults. The only time I ever did this some years ago in all innocence thinking that it would be fine for my own use I ended up with a TTTE fanatic ranting at me and accusing me of everything from murder to global warming, - so tread very carefully and if the licence in the config file says no modifications they really do mean it.

Yea I will be careful and ask the owner if they got any plans soon of there own.
before I do anything.

But yea the TTTE community is just strange about half of them just straight up edits stuff without even looking at the config nor the rules of the site. Yet if it's a simple request like a smokebox door face they will have a rant.
You will have to be careful who you talk too as some will never let it go.

The GWR 4200 class tank engines I purchased from Connor Law are excellent models. Absolutely perfect for working coal trains from Maeryn Colliery on my Tristyn in Winter layout. I've always had a liking for tank engines so these South Wales engines certainly tick that box.
