Can someone explain me what a 'printers hut' is.
Certainly not a repair shop for Epson...

If it's anything like the Great Eastern Railway some stations had small offset printing presses so that they could print their own notices and handbills. The 'printers hut' was where this printing equipment was kept and used when needed. Other railway companies' usage might vary though.

Guys I can't recommend this pack enough they are the most detailed stock to date.
They also run very smoothly with no lag spikes. I'm having a blast with them especially the brake van.

If there was an option I would buy them again they are just so awesome.

So we got a few Loco & rolling stock makers, a building maker and a route maker all we need now is a plan & coordination's and we shall conquer the Trainz market hehe.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to wait for the financial devastation that is Christmas to sort itself out before I buy the NSR rolling stock pack for myself. This pack does draw a line under the kind of pre-grouping goods wagons that needs to be the standard from now on in Trainz. Certainly most of what I've done over the past couple of years in the way of goods rolling stock is nowhere near good enough anymore.

There's no lack of platforms on the DLS that could be readily adapted and used so I don't think providing an attached platform is necessary Mick.
The smaller Kent & East Sussex station buildings had quite a distinctive appearance and I think you've captured that very well.

So with a word of caution from some users here about modding the Thomas'ified LNER O2 to have a smokebox door.

I've looked on the site and the config it appears their are no rules to not modify him.
I even contacted him via Discord on the 2nd and he hasn't replied still.

So I'm stuck for options.

Honestly you could probably just ask the original creator to add a smokebox door as a face option for a little change. I also have that model of Dudley and it would be an excellent Prototypical O2 if it had a Smokebox Door option.

Yep 100% agree, I've just been sent a modified face library with a smokebox door so I will be using that ( It wasn't from the owner).

You can modify content for your own use on your own PC - I know there are some who state that you can't even do that if it's not mentioned in the config but in all honesty, why wouldn't you? You aren't hurting anyone or breaching copyright or distributing it illegally. If people insist you cannot modify their work in any way once you've downloaded it then that's akin to me releasing a route and specifying you can only run certain stock on it. You just wouldn't do it. I don't see the problem as long as it isn't distributed.

I know I've modified content; I've switched out enginesounds, or hornsounds, or especs, sometimes out of necessity as if a kuid is missing or not on the DLS etc. then you have to modify it to be able to use it.

Anyway, that's my 2p worth. Others will disagree but I don't really see what the issue is with it myself.
