If it's anything like the Great Eastern Railway some stations had small offset printing presses so that they could print their own notices and handbills. The 'printers hut' was where this printing equipment was kept and used when needed. Other railway companies' usage might vary though.DuckDuckGo and Google is to stupid to find a result.
Can someone explain me what a 'printers hut' is.
Certainly not a repair shop for Epson...
