It's the Lavenham route and the tower is actually the great wool merchants church - a very notable landmark - kindly modelled for me by Jeremy Holland - <kuid:381430:2897> Lavenham Church Winter. The ruin is <kuid:225064:401314> Priory Ruins by shoves (not prototypical, but evocative!)Nicely done! Curious what asset it is that looks like a ruin on the far left of the first shot? To the left of the tower with the flag and the tree, right on the left edge. Curious about the tower too!
They're playing it fairly safe with those. The question is though are these going to be for Trainz Plus+ only or will they be available for anyone to buy?Hey guys it's been awhile and have you lot seen the new trainz roadmap, there a ton of British content on there including these angles.

Just a shame a Black 5 isn't in there as it wouldn't be that hard.
Thank heaven for GP Locomotives then.I suspect the gold G in the bottom left hand corner is the answer, though I could be wrong. Unless they're some sort of a pack I would hazard a guess that the 8F and Jinty will be for Gold users.
Cheers,

Such a shame so lock some of the most advanced content behind a subscription based model, these models should form the bases of standards for TRZ models by now.I suspect the gold G in the bottom left hand corner is the answer, though I could be wrong. Erm i understand the part simularity of the 8 and 5 makes it seem that way, but as a Dev i must say it takes easy 200+ hours to make a loco, having simular parts shaves perhaps 20 hours off that, N3V have only a single in house asset artist, 3 locos this complex being made alone is a huge achievement and i am Very sure you will see even more exiting things through the coming year! But yeah please believe me when i say a loco is a lott of work, it takes a team of people, those familiar with the history of the loco to research them, someone to model and texture the models, someone to script them, then they need to be animated, tested, where possible sounds recorded, many many rounds of testing, then testing the models in game performance, so we can be sure they don't crash your computers and can run on the majority of devices! This is the exact reason my D Class despite having the model itself done 6 months ago, is only now approaching completion, Their really big projects locos, so sadly we need to temper our expectations of what N3V can provide when they also have to make content for Australian users, American users, pacific users, and eastern users. It is very lovely to have these 3 locos coming and to have helped with these projectsHey guys it's been awhile and have you lot seen the new trainz roadmap, there a ton of British content on there including these angles.

If it came to a choice I'd much rather have an 8F over Black 5 anyway. Decent goods engines always seem to be the ones that get left out.Erm i understand the part similarity of the 8 and 5 makes it seem that way,.....
Thanks for that Annie! Looking at it, it does look a bit dark (partic. the bogie) so I might need to take another look at it. Let me do some more experimenting....(Y14) J15 at Moxbury goods yard early 1950s. Retextured J15 by Paulsw2. The steel wagons are ex-WD 16T mineral wagons by Paulz Trainz.
Thanks Paul, - you're definitely heading in the right direction with your J15 refresh project. Thanks for that Annie! Looking at it, it does look a bit dark (partic. the bogie) so I might need to take another look at it. Let me do some more experimenting....
How silly of me not to notice Annie! It's amazing how Jay's locos can still look so beautiful after all these years. If he were still with us, he'd be proud to see his locos being put to such wonderful use!'Jenny Lind' is one of Jay Holland's models and the three items of rolling stock are indeed by Paul and are from his 19th century series of models.
