UK Screenshots for Pre BR Blue. High resolution warning.

Gosh 2015-2016, - was it really that long ago. All the very best to you and your family for 2025 Tanker. :)

It certainly was Annie - and thank you very much! I was barely a fledgling back then!:D I couldn't even figure out how to hide the junction arrows, remember?:ROFLMAO:

Then I met you, Ken Paul, Frank, Ed, John, and all the other members of the TCWW and through the effort of each of you I was able to improve from some casual awkward player to a competent UK Trainz Content Creator. Nearly 10 years (and 1 wife and two children later! 😅 ) I'm working full time on some extremely large projects with my best mate Barney! I can't thank you all enough for the help of each and every one of you as it's because of you all that I've finally come this far.

Here's to another ten years of Trainz - and to a swift completion of these projects for you all to enjoy!!

We all had to start somewhere Tanker. Not so long ago I found some of my old routes I'd built in TS2009 WBE, - and yes some of them were pretty dire.

Yes a lot can happen in ten years. Here's hoping that I can stick around for another ten to see where this hobby takes us.

Hi guys, I hoped you all had a merry Christmas. However for me it wasn't very merry as my GPU is showing it's age now and it's beginning to die. As I'm getting screen tearing issues ect.
But lucky I've foreseen this issue by getting a new powerful PC earlier this summer. However now I'm at a road block since my older content folder is over 300GB.
Is there any easier way to transfer this humongous file without taking days to do ?

No not really. Set it up to run when you go to bed and with any luck by morning it will be done.

After bringing Chrisaw's BR (W) collection out of the archives I decided to do the same with his BR (S) locomotives. I last ran these back on 'A Moment in Time' in TS12 so it's been a while.
They can take up residence on my rebuilt TANE version of Driver_Col's 'Milbourne James' route in a brand new BR (S) session and they should be fine there.

Ok this has gone more smoothly than expected I'm on the package folder and only got the Editing one left. So that's 120gb ish left to do which should take me until 2pm. After that just a matter of swapping the destination folder

Ah! This is a fine sight! All my old friends together in one place.. Almost brings a tear to my eye, thank you Annie. :)

It's crazy that every single locomotive in that screenshot (sans the LSWR H15 Class) has a new model to go with it. It just goes to show how influential these locomotives are and how modelers like Chris, Cam and Ed are dedicated to keeping them alive so we can enjoy hours of operating them in game.

They are certainly a useful group of engines to have in TANE alongside my legacy rolling stock collection. More than likely it's because I have a fondness for vintage coarse scale 'O' Gauge that I'm attracted to these older and more simple models for Trainz, - and routes like Driver_Col's 'Milbourne James' are absolutely perfect for them.

At the moment I am building my Sunderland route anew at the correct height and orientation to connect with the Leamside Line. It's a ton of work but luckily I don't need to repeat all the mistakes I made on the original route. Here is Lambton Tank 30 hauling loaded steel hoppers to either Lambton Staithes or Sunderland South Dock. The stationmaster is admiring his prize winning gardens.
