Looks FANTASTIC Annie! That station layout radiates Edwardian energy, and I absolutely love it!

Excellent shot of the little J69 too! I love those little buckjumpers, and I hope one day Connor makes them available for public use!
Hi Tanker, thanks for your kind comments. The E22's I commissioned (or J65's as the LNER called them) haven't been released yet as I know that Connor was well involved with his final year at university. He did send me a note a short while ago to say that he was going to be working on commissions again, but I haven't heard anything since.

Good looking work from you as well with your own SR projects. Lewes certainly had an interesting station layout.

Between October 2023 and December 2024 I extensively modified nexusdj's 1970s-1980s version of euromodeller's 'Minories' back into the pre-WW1 era. I used C.J.Freezer's later 'Crutched Friars' version of 'Minories' as a guide. It was the usual story for me, - I wasn't well and I was looking for something to distract myself with. The silly thing about it though was not long after I considered it complete I forgot about it and left it to gather digital dust and cobwebs. Perhaps it's well time for me to take it up again and blow the dust and cobwebs away.

A snap over the bridges of the backscene and low relief buildings.

Under the train shed roof. A LTSR Class 79 still in original green livery can be seen behind the arches on Platform 2 with a train of Midland 6 wheel coaches.

GER Class E22 No.153 converted to a 2-4-0T waits at Platform 3.
Great stuff Annie. I had the same idea, but in the opposite direction...

On RMWeb there is a very long and ongoing discussion about 'Minories' and various ways folk have modified and enhanced it. For such a simple idea for a compact city layout it's certainly inspired a lot of railway modellers.
