Transdem help needed, unable to get SRTM Version 2.1 data

So, I need some help.
I can't locate good sources to get the necessary SRTM data for Transdem. NASA no longer allows SRTM Version 2.1 data to be downloaded off of their website, so i'm currently stuck.
I require both a route of Columbus, Ohio, and the rail line between Novska and Nova Gradiska in Croatia. (this is a priority since it is needed for a documentary that goes public July 1st)
Any advice is appreciated, or if anyone is willing to help me acquire a route of the latter especially for TRS 19.
I am on a deadline after all for that documentary..
thanks

You can still get the SRTM data for anywhere in the world except for the US. You download this through Eros Earth Explorer.
https://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/

In order to download from here, you need to create a login.

US maps are downloaded using USGS National Map via the map downloader. You select an area then choose the data to download. The process is relatively easy.

Also found on the National map page is a link for topographic maps which is extremely useful for obtaining historical topographic geopdf and geotif images.

No login is required for these services.
