I have a problem when I try to download a route from the download station it runs okay then when you go into surveyor it shows like this. Trainz then a black bar with two red stripes through it and trainz classic. then underneath the message error-map is missing or damaged your selected route is damaged or has missing files return tothe menu and select a new route.

I am running trainz 2009 Build 38869. Version 3.
Computer Specifecations are Vista. Memory 512mb. Video Card Nvidia geforce 9400 GT. Total Physical Memory 1gb. Has any one else had this. And if any one can help I thank you now

might need to update you trainz,, haevyou done the newest patch

It was updating to patch 4 that messed up the trainz and I had to start over and now I cant find patch one to get going again

I was updating trainz with patch 4 and that is when I started to get trouble had to get a new key code so I will have to find patch one to get going again
