HELP

Good morning, how does anyone get a response from Auran, and in particular Mike Crossman, who I understand is CUSTOMER CARE, have been waiting 10 days for some sign of CUSTOMER CARE. Totnes

Did you e-mail the helpdesk or raise a ticket on the helpdesk system?

Both

Totnes - have you had the same reply that "Download Helper" queries are no longer being dealt with? (check in your "Spam" folder as well as some of the Auran communications get dumped by my ISP)

Totnes - have you checked your Planet Auran profile and clicked on the "Orders" tab - and then clicked on the Invoice Number. That was how I found out that I had received the Download Link and serial Number.

(Still haven't downloaded it though - first attempt the file was corrupted, second attempt we had thunderstorms so my connection failed and I'm currently at 79%!)

Profile

Good evening, have checked order history and 19th July 2008 shows invoice No. 17474-582416-75017, so where is my download, and even more important, why does not someone from Auran, come out of the woodwork and give me an answer, to my :( mind this shows that no one from Auran/Trainz takes the bother to look at the forum.. One other thing I just thought about, Totnes. (.......and, yes, it is appalling that Auran's Helpdesk isn't getting back to you!)

Have you checked your PayPal account that the payment has definitely gone through - I know it had when you ordered, but has it been rejected since for any reason?

TC3

Good morning, with no thanks to Auran, but many to STERRETT, I took your advice and clicked on invoice number, never had to do that before, , now have TC3 Settle & Carlisle, only had very quick look, and to date have Surveyor, when I go to Driver nothing, will persevere, thanks again to SERRETT. Totnes:confused:

It was a pleasure, Totnes!

I have to say, it is one of the idiosyncracies of this Trainz hobby that the Forum usually manages to help out where the Helpdesk can't seem to be bothered!

(I had to download TC3 three times before I got it properly working, by the way!) The one way that worked for me was to use "Firefox" and its built in downloader.

You should have a few scenarios for Settle and Carlisle in "Driver" - have you found them yet?
