So what do I need to do to get a response from Auran?

Hi all,

Any tips on getting someone from Auran to actually respond to an issue? I filled out the web form and also replied to the order confirmation email and still no response. My issue is I bought the digital download version for Mac and did not receive a S/N key; when I go to my account on the site and my serial numbers it says it will be released when payment is received and I have confirmation from PayPal they received payment.

Any tips on how to get someone to actually address the issue? Very frustrated at this point as I just want to run the sim and was looking for a solution before having to file a claim with PayPal.

Go say something to Zec at the Help Desk, and tell him you paid for it, and did not receive the Product Key. He will look into it, and in the end. you might have the serial key that you need. That's all I know! :) Good luck!

If you've submitted a support ticket you'll get an answer from one of our helpdesk operators shortly. Alternatively, you can PM me your ticket number and I can check the status of your ticket.

Rob - welcome to the forums. Not sure if you're aware but certain Mac versions do not require a registration key (mainly the App Store version), as these will automatically register to your account once you've entered your username and password in-game.

Check back with the support system, sometimes they send an email and the email get caught in a spam trap. I've seen it happen more than once.

about n3v's customer system:

Imagine: a person at the ticket counter recieves your money and does not give you the ticket. If you ask for it he shows you the finger and tells you to go away.

Sounds similar :o

I bought the PRR T1 a half year ago...i still have no serial key. Time to visit a lawyer ;)

I'd take it up with Apple too, since they're distributing the App to you. If you feel you're getting nowhere open a paypal dispute, you have 30 days to get it started but they're going to ask what you've done to resolve the problem yourself as well. I agree it shouldn't be this hard but give it a day or so, Zec and Felix are pretty busy.

Did you use Paypal, a Credit Card? If so present a copy of the receipt to N3V and use the Simulator Central contact form. When I had a problem with a Simulator Central purchase I used the contact form on the site and then contacted my credit card company immediately to let them know of the problem. It was resolved fairly quickly by Felix but I wanted to make sure I had a record with my Card provider in case it didn't work out.

There are sometimes issues with PayPal which can delay the serial number and download. Check your emails from PayPal and ensure that they are not blocking the funds. This has happened to a few people I know.
