CNR C40-8W Issue

Odd little malfunction on the aforementioned loco. Whenever I hit the horn, the bell also starts to sound. This happens whether I hit the 'H' key or use the mouse on the horn button in the cab. TS12 SP1 HF4. Help?

That is the desired effect I believe. Modern locomotives do that since the bell is almost always required to be ringing when the horn is blowing.
