What are you looking at?
So yeah, my content manager is saying the Baldwin Victoria Railways DD type 4 is not active. I have gotten all of the DD T4 packages, I think, so it should be working. When I try the scenarios that feature it, it doesn't appear, and the train of passenger coaches moves without an engine... What do I need to activate the engine?
