Unable to search the forums? "Oops! We ran into some problems."

I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this.

I seem to be having some problems trying to search the forums using the search function
When I type in Japan, hit the enter key for an example, I keep getting the error message "Oops! We ran into some problems."

Anyone else getting this?

True, I decided to post this thread because maybe someone from N3V could look into the issue if they aren't yet aware

Thanks for reporting this; I have passed it on to the team to get it looked into. However it may take a little time as it is both a public holiday in Queensland today; and as the forum is hosted by XenForo it may be an issue that they will need to resolve.

There seemed to be problems lately with not being able to download anything from the DLS as well as this search error issue but everything works now as it should.

It is called "technology" which, some claim, is designed to fail at the most crucial and inconvenient times just to either annoy us to to make us realise how important technology is in our insignificant little lives.
