Further to the above, only 3 missing dependencies that were present in SP3 build 111951. All showing as 'Unknown Location' in SP5 HF1 build 117009.

As far as I know, these are TRS22 assets. I'm not sure how you would have got them in a TRS19 build, but possible from a DLC item?
You should be able to edit your route that uses any of these to remove the KUIDs from the dependency list.
Running a Delete Missing Assets would possibly solve the dependency as well (just make a backup prior to trying anything you're unsure about).
