planet aurans not working on me

when i get on the content manager it says i have the wrong username/password but i have the right username/password typed in

First, try to use your phone for an internet connection and see if you have the same problem (with phone wi fi off). If so, you know its not your gateway hardware firewalls, check your pc firewall. If not, work on your gateway hardware firewalls.

There is also a network diagnostic in the first menu that can check what protocols are/are not getting through.
