Two worn-out diesels pass a girder steel down-arched bridge. Their rusty condition and noteable paintscheme give a hint, that the action takes place around 1988/1989.
Casper, I'am amazed with your work, those are more likely works of art with great way of seeing the railways then just regular screenshots.

kilanziom – your bridge shot is a beauty!
I agree, Jankvis’ trees are great, together with lots of other “star” tree creators.
My routes tend to be made up of several little scenarios where the cameras can be placed for passing trains. Provided the scenery can be built far into the distance for a reasonable screen shot, then there is very little scenery infilling, between the staged screenshots, that need to be done.
The ideas and inspiration for the little scenes come from my own digital camera shots, or pictures from old books.
This sim has really opened my eyes with regard to lighting, composition and everything nature has to offer. It has transformed my countryside walks. I now see an inspirational viewpoint, photograph it, and am immediately thinking about how it could be incorporated into Trainz, which appropriate asset to use and how to build a bit more route. (The great thing is that if a real tree is in the wrong place it can always be moved in Trainz). I love this sim!

Well the pub still hasn’t opened! The kids are getting bored with kicking the football around and look for more exciting activities.
They’ve found a ladder, an old tyre and some rope round the side of the pub.
Mum does not approve.
“Get down from that tree now - if you fall and break your leg, don’t come running to me!”
Here’s the old book photo which formed the basis of the scenario

Yes, those swans are great fun. The originals by whecsailor are still on DLS - kuid:67261:35041, called Black Swan, (although you get two). They pirouette around quite sedately, change direction unexpectedly and are generally a joy to watch. A great asset is any rural wetland setting.Your re-feathered new white ones - are they likely to be made available at any 3rd party site in '04 please?

Wow you have allot to teach us.
Nice to see David shepherd's 9F standard (black prince) in a screenshot you don't seem to see it allot in pics anymore pity its a great work of art.

Yes please! I'd be delighted to have these re-feathered swans on my route.
They look really good - nice job. I assume they paddle around in the same way as whecsailor's original Black Swan version?
I suppose an individual static version, as well, would be too much to ask.
