Deleted thread?

Was there any particular reason why the thread entitled "Trainz Future" was deleted? I thought there were some pretty interesting opinions being expressed.

I too would like to know - I spent most of my day at work on that thread, and now I've got absolutely nothing to show for it :hehe:

I didn't think anything said was hostile and there was no intent of that from me, certainly. Perhaps N3V disagrees with our aspirations to see Trainz remain a sim? Did someone inadvertantly let slip a vision of the future with monsters attacking trainz?

Probably as the OP was stating he was going to use a pirated copy of Trainz in the first post.

I may be unaware of the rules moderators have for this forum, but I maintained the DHR forum for a few years. I had the power to delete OR EDIT any post in the entire forum. That can't be the reason unless it was deleted out of hand.

We'll probably never know.

My point is: why couldn't that portion be edited out and the thread left intact. We had a good thread going. He never said the "P" word.

The thread was removed until we were able to clean up the warez discussions.

This has now been done, and the thread has been bought back.
