Conntection Interrupted

Hi all, I've recently moved and am now experiencing this issue as well with the download station. I get the "connection interrupted" notification whether I am connected wirelessly or by ethernet to my router. The DLS works fine if I use my phone's mobile hotspot. I'm having a bit of trouble wrapping my head around some of the previous responses here, but it sounds like this could be my ISP blocking something?

Same here so will be interested in any replies you get :)

Could that be the answer? Do you have a new ISP? A new computer? You do not state where in the world you are located (or have moved to) and that could also be important information.

But the usual suspects are your AV program - have you added TRS22.exe to its real time scan exclusion list? Also are you running a VPN? Some of them can cause issues for the DLS.

Did you change internet services such as going from Verizon or Xfinity to T-Mobile? T-Mobile is not Trainz friendly at all and will block DLS downloads through Content Manager.

It could also be related to your Windows firewall. Remove the entries for TRS22.exe and add them back in. It's possible that your firewall still has settings in there for your previous ISP. I'm going out on a really long limb here. Try it and see, it won't hurt.

I'm in the U.S. and have moved to a new home within the same city. I do have a new ISP, Spectrum. I have removed and re-added TRS22 to the firewall, allowing the connection. I do not use VPNs. The problem persists.
