DLS Down? or is my problem

For the last two days every time I try to download from DLS i get "unable to download, the server appears to be full, please try again later" statement in content manager.
Has anyone else had issues with DLS the last couple of days? Its doesn't appear so because I don't see any post.
I have just uninstalled 2010 because the patch would not work and reinstalled 2010 followed by the patch which did work this time.
Any ideas?

what do you mean the patch would not work.... i am patched to the lasted version 44088,,,, with no problems

Have you tried the password-change trick?

To do so:

1.Log into your profile.
2.Click Edit Account.
3.Change your password (you can use the same one)

Thanks for the password "trick". I will try it tonight. I never would have figured that out.

Regarding the update issue. The update to 44088 stopped half way through. I even let it run overnight. Tried to reinstall and it said I was missing some files and could not update.

When I reinstalled alot of content is missing for some reason. I uploaded from all my local trainz folders but still missing content.

Is 44088 the latest update?
