Where can i find this dependency?

This is an unknown dependency for Jointedrail's Midwest grain route. the kuid is kuid:98966:100032,in older threads it says it is called US turntable 1 or something like that. It says it is in a dependency pack,which I down loaded two,the first is MWG dependency pack 1,and MWG Pofig trees. I hope that dependency is still downloadable.
