Missing 1 dependency for a route on Carlsbad Steam Locomotive Works

I downloaded the Polar Express route from Carlsbad Steam Locomotive Works, and found everything via TrainzKuidIndex (which is shutting down next December, btw). Except there's only 1 dependency that I'm missing that I COULDN'T find there, or on Discord. This is the kuid number: <kuid:415152:1133>
Can somebody DM it to me, please?

Nobody can legally DM it to you. The best you can hope for is a pointer or link to where it can be downloaded from. Failing that, then a replacement will have to be found and used.

I found a similar traincar on the DLS after all. I found the <kuid2:548299:100790:1> M69 - CIWL fourgon vigie. I'll just replace my missing asset with that. Thank you again.

How do you replace a missing asset that is no longer available and even Wayback Archive can't download it? It's a real pain in the butt to replace missing assets that are no longer available, you have to make a clone of something and swap the kuid for the kuid of the missing asset which could not work because then you will get a wrong kuid error. There was a third party program back in Trainz 2004 that would let you bulk replace things outside of Trainz but I don't think it will work with recent Trainz versions. And you have to know what the missing assets were in the first place, just the kuid number alone won't tell you what kind of asset it is. That is the biggest problem I have with Trainz, disappearing third party Trainz sites and routes that used a ton of non-DLS content. And losing the kuid index toward the end of next year is going to really stink. I use that a lot to find files that Google can't find. I don't like routes with missing stuff.
