Hello,

Also a Star Wars Fan -- I've read almost all the old books -- some on audio books when I don't feel like readying -- just close my eyes and listen!!  :D

I recommend

The Golden Age of the Sith (Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi)

A hundred Sith vs hundred Jedi's -- these should be made into movies, LOL:)

Back on topic :)
I'll take a shot and post up my command and control here in Sunny Florida!!!

Ish

PS. Seriously, be careful with all that wiring guys - could easily caught fire!!

I do a little entertaining at my Buff Lodge meetings, also use the studio mainly for recording a book im co-writing with a friend from the states.

Personally I don't raqlly have a need for multiple computers or even a desktop machine. In fact the household desktop machine graphics card died a year ago and I haven't got round to replacing it yet! I do have a Shuttle PC that runs the Emporium, it is more than capable of running Trainz as it's dual core with a grunty graphics card, but I rarely log on to it let alone run Trainz on it.

My workstation is wherever I am. My laptop contains pretty much my lifetimes work so is rarely more than a few feet away from me.

My neck-of-the-woods

Here is the spot where my gorgous routes (only my opinion!) have been created. The bigger screen is linked to my main box, the smaller one on top of the sideboard I use for Google Earth or Maps Live and place it at the position in England I am working on within the DEM on the main PC.

Sounds complicated but it isn't, I work on one and look at the other!

The furry animal is a Fox, still has its tail too!
On the right side of the sidboard is where I mainly built the 1:16th scale RC Challenger II.
The boards on the floor (the big star and others) are for eyes exercises.

The seat I sit on.... ha ha.

Angela

And thanks to Photobucket for hosting the picture....

My workspace as it stands right now:

You should be able to see 3 desktops and 1 laptop (I'm in the middle of upgrading my PC and turning the remains of the other two into a server)
