DRM (Digital Rights Management), is where N3V DRM Server controls your DLC (DownLoaded Content), and N3V shuts this content off, if you do not connect to the N3V servers every 30 days ... if the Company N3V ever ceases to exist, your paid for DLC will be terminated, If and when the N3V Company ever ceases to exist (as N3V DRM server controls these DLC assets) ... the "Disable Offline Feature" tick box on DRM Free versions, is essentially like unplugging your Eithernet cable to N3V DRM servers. You must connect to N3V DRM servers every 30 days, or your online feature DLC assets will be turned off, until you do connect online to N3V servers. Should you be unable to connect to N3V DRM Servers, your DLC will be turned off
