What is Trainz Simulator 12 ?

They add a Doppler Effect sound to the Trainz 12. plus new built-in Dash 9 Santa Fe's with new Intermodel rolling stock and built-in BNSF GEVO's

I have just downloaded Trainz12 & I find it better than 10. It has different routes too.
