Depending upon what the asset it, you maybe able to substitute the missing one with something else. Open the config.txt for editing and look through it. If it's something such as a horn sound, a corona, or invisible bogey, you can easily replace those with one of the many, many suitable ones available built-in already, or from the Download Station.

If you are able to replace this missing asset, for example, you need to update the config.txt file in both reference to the asset and in the kuid-table section as well. This repair process is done in a matter of minutes if that long.

The wheels are not usually part of the loco - they are a separate asset referenced from the bogey container in the config.txt file. The bogeys are then positioned and managed by the game.

If the asset shows with an error in Content Manager then quote the error message. If the asset does not have an error but shows in-game without wheels then quote the bogey container portion of the config.txt file.
