updated locos blocked

On the 17th LMS Duchess was updated ( kuid2:523:19721020:1) will not allow it to be downloaded as it is payware.
On the 18th BR Duchess blue (kuid2:523:19723779:2) for the same reason. I already have these items and cannot understand why.

The KUID numbers look wrong, think the : is in the wrong place, know the last one is wrong, should end in :2.

Same here.
They won't download because it's part of a payware pack that is probably in the process of being updated, the other Duchesses will probably appear as well, then eventually the pack can be updated from the Content Store.

I'd ignore it for the moment, this happens sometimes when Payware stuff is being updated.

Yeah I get several that are like that. The Duchess, the AeroTrain, the PRR T1 and a bunch of other items that are in update limbo

I have a bunch of locos that can't be updated. Zec mentioned that if the assets have been updated, but not released to the Content Store, Content Manager sees them, but we can't do anything with them until they're ready. Since the assets are working, I'm not worried.

The funny thing is that one of the authors himself isn't aware of the new versions of his own locomotives...

N3V requires DLC packages to include every asset used in the package. But if you already have an asset with the same KUID as included by the DLC the asset will not overwrite the asset but instead be left as Open for Edit. To get around this the DLC creator will simply up the version number by one. this doesn't mean that anything has been updated or modified. Use the List Asset Versions command to get the old one if you need it.
