unable to download from DSL with a FCT

Hi

I bought a FCT and I activated it.
But when I download content in the contentmanager is downloads very slow. Just as slow as you havn't bought a FCT.

Also trying to download using the FTP on the webbased DLS won't work. I'm unable to log in.

I tried to change my password and rebooted but still I'm unable to download content fast.

Is there something wrong with the server?

Did you remember to clear out your download helper list in Content Manager?

What error are you getting when attempting to download via FTP?

I'm not getting any error. The 'enter your username' box keeps popping op.

That is actually an error - you need to use your Planet Auran username, and your FTP password from https://www.auran.com/planetauran/admin_ftp.php.

aha I see. I can log in now and the DLS is suddenly fast.
