TRS22 unable to download anything drom DLS

I have reinstalled Trainz from scratch after a long time and I also get this error.

Information such as which Trainz version (the build number) and OS would be helpful. This is a TRS22 forum but that does not always mean that posters are using TRS22. I am assuming that you have already checked your AV program, VPN (if used) and firewall?

Yes its TS2022PE, build number 132316.
I've never before had problems getting content from the DS. The only thing that has changed here is that previous Trainz versions came from N3V's website, while this Trainz version is on Steam. I suspect there is some unlying permissions error with my account?
I've created a Helpdesk ticket, but no reply yet. I hope my FCT will not be wasted.
