TS2009 Downloading from CM2 - Error the Server is fill please try again later

I have just bought TS2009 with an activated 1st class ticket and installed SP1. When I try to download in CM2 I get the following eroor message

"Unable to download, the server appears to be full, please try again later..."

This occurred yesterday and today.

I don't understand the message or what I can do to get the downloading to work, CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

I also can't change my password as it says my account
is partially disabled. Purchased TS2009 earlier today

i bought trainz 2009: WBE through steam -> (http://store.steampowered.com/search/?term=trainz) and my CM2 is fine, apart from my crappy d/l speed (4.41KB/sec) i have a 16MB connection with o2 for crying out loud

4kb/s is the standard speed if you haven't got a first class ticket.

American Standard Code for Information Interchange. I don't think you really wanted to know that.

In the context of that thread, the writer uses the term ASCII incorrectly and actually means "non-standard punctuation and special characters", which are often handled incorrectly on computers configured with keyboards and language settings other than US English.

Anybody who can help me? Does the service pack fix it? I cant install the service pack, why? It only come:

And what is your currently installed version ?
If you don't know , it is shown in the bottom right hand corner of the screen when you initiate Trainz .

Posting the version number will help others to help you .

If it tells you your account is partially disabled, this would be why CM2 will not download (you will get the server full message).

I had this same problem, and after talking with Tony Hilliam about it, I discovered that someone used my account to try to register a Warez (pirate) serial number several times; because of that my account was partially disabled.

I would contact the help desk and see if indeed that has happened; maybe they can reactivate your account for you if you furnish a legitimate serial number from your Trainz installation. If they can do it for you, you might want to consider changing your password also, as it might be compromised.
