Trainz Plus Schwaninger Land install error

Greeting,

I have a Trainz Plus membership for 2022. Trainz Plus has been installed.
I am trying to download the Schwaninger Land route and am getting the following error:

Package installation failed:
Error: Unsupported archive file version 2: 'D:/trainz plus/build 3me63ej5e1/cache/internet/fqch7qo8.tzarc'
Error: Failed to read package manifest
2 Errors, 0 warnings

Please assist with this install issue
