Multiple errors downloading maps and/or trains - Trainz plus/2022

Hi guys!!

So, I subscribed on Trainz plus on steam, the game is downloaded but got some issues... For almost all routes/maps, the game download everything but in the end shows a "view error" message then it turns into a "update" button. If I click on that button, it starts to download the route again and gets in a infinity loop of "view error" and "update" button. The only route I downloaded that really worked was the Mojave subdivision, it downloaded on download center but also appeared another download with the same size of the map called "Steam" and a numeric code like "Steam YYYYYYY". It was the only route that really worked. I tried to install the "Canadian Rocky Mountains" map, it downloaded but got a huge missing dependences list and a couple of "unknown assets" (also got the update/view errors loop). The same happens to the locomotive DLCs, some downloads and some others don't. I think it's important to say; there's not a pattern on the error messages, the errors are not the same! It vary from each route/locomotive. Already tried to disabled the antivirus but nothing happens. Is there anything else I can try? Or should I send a support request?

Welcome to the forums and to Trainz, Arthur.

You can ignore those errors. Click on View error and the error message will disappear.

This bug has to do with something on the server-side with a version difference and will not impact your program at all.

If you do have issues with this, you can contact the Helpdesk, but I doubt it'll be necessary.

I really would ignore those errors if they don't allow me to install anything... After the looping, the same button of "view errors" turns into a "cancel" button and then the download disappears.

If your content downloaded, then there's no issues other than the stupid bug. If your content didn't install, contact support.
