problems with download helper

If you had read a post a little while ago, i was having problems getting it to work. The good thing is I am now able to use download helper. the bad thing is for some reason it will not recognize any of the built in game files that are required dependencies. especially kuid:-1:4200:4231..... The helper just keeps "retrying" and never goes beyond that. is there any way to fix this?

Well I assumebeing new I am going to be lynched here by the trainz hardcore fans, but I just noted what you said, I have been days trying to download a track and it’simpossible when I got this game in Steam the publicity told clearly that I could download a lot of content. Having the game and trusting their word I found that you can’t download anything because they don’t have the infrastructure unless you PAY them a FCT

Fair enough, but be patient awhile longer, please. They have stated that they are working on improving the server set up and accessibility, and they will announce in the newsletter when they feel the improvements have taken place.
