Problem with helpdesk,Unable to register my product due to past registration.

Hello,

I am new to Auran and I have just recently installed Trainz Railroad Simulator 2006. A long time back when I was inexperienced with computers, I registered my product on the Auran website, but me being the kid I was then, forgot my username and password. I am asking if anyone can give pointers on how to navigate the helpdesk, so I may hopefully re-register my product on this account.

Please submit a new ticket on the helpdesk. This can be done by going to the helpdesk link at the top of the forums. On the helpdesk, please enter your username and password, then log in. Once logged in, please click on the 'submit a ticket' link, and then follow the prompts.

I have successfully submitted my ticket, I'm currently awaiting a reply. I cannot wait to re-register my product.
