Need help with protolars intermodel track

I'm trying to set up a single protolars intermodel track to load both 20ft. and 40ft. containers onto flatcars. I can get the 20ft. containers to load but not the 40ft. Is it possible to to set 1 protolars track for 2 commodities or do i need to set up a second track? Also, is it possible to slow the load time so that 1 or 2 cars load ever minute instead of 1 car right after the other?

If you use the picker in surveyor to mark the wagons with what you want to load on they should load ok.
You need to have both units listed in the window.
At the top of the window you can choose to load all or load one at a time and set the amount of time to wait before loading and the time between units loading.

You can also use the JR multiple industry track to do the same thing and have more options for loads.
