Because it is still showing up as "Unknown", despite post #107. No worries, I will give it another day or two, and do a search if it doesn't become downloadable as a dependency.

It is not yet available on the DLS - it is not unusual for a new asset to appear on the Web before the DLS. The status message "Available soon, currently unlisted" shown above translates as "Patience Grasshopper".
