Hi There
Does anybody know of, or could supply British Mk1 open, buffet and restaurant coaches with passenger views. I can only find Mk1 corridor coaches in 2010 and on the DLS.

Also wanted 1970s onward DMUs again with passenger views which "actually work" in 2010. I am prepared to pay a good price for " quality" assets. from payware vendors

I know there are plenty of these available already for TC3 but none of them seem to work very well in 2010.

With thanks in advance for any replies.

hi Bill

All my BR MKI coaches have passenger views, check out my range

Same with EMU's and DMU's

All for TS2010

You could buy the 2009 (2010 compatible) Settle and Carlisle addon , that comes with an almost complete range of Mk1 's (it's still being added too !!) plus numerous loco's and wagons not to mention an absolutely gorgeous route to drive along and explore

http://www.settleandcarlisle.com/ or from the Auran shop

If you purchased TC3 direct from Auran they do the TS2010 S&C add on for half price or someone can transfer their voucher to you if need be some of us purchased S&C add on before the offer.

You can also work this through the config.txt file and adding a second mesh.

Hi Everybody.
Thanks for the replies and I have 2009 but I never used it much as I preferred TC3. However, I find 2010 to be streets ahead of all previous Trainz versions and I have continued building a large route in that after it was originally started in TC3. (I've even got it working in native mode now)

I like the idea of buying the S&C as an add-on for 2009 but would the MK1 assets show up in the 2010 content without a lot of importing Ect.

Any advice?
With thanks

S&C works fine with TS2010.

You should have an unbirthday present in your profile.

Hi Everybody and Especially John
Thanks very much for the discount voucher John, I will now definitely be investing my money in the S&C not only for the Mk1s but for the route as well. Having looked on the Auran site at the promotional material it looks like something well worth having in its own right anyway.

I see that Auran are changing all the servers so would you know if it would be wise to try to download it now or wait a couple of weeks for all the changes to take place and the download would then be perhaps more reliable?

Anyway, thanks again for the voucher and to everyone else who has replied to this thread.

I'd just put it through now. Helpdesk can always sort you out and the voucher has an expiry date on it.
