K&L Trainz Steam Locomotive pics!

I was wondering if you were considering on doing a Canadian Pacific Royal Hudson. I know that they were used on the flatter areas of Canadian Pacific's route across the continent, with the Selkirks being used on the more mountainous areas of CP's route. Yes, I know that there's a freeware version, but the enginespec for it causes it to be sluggish with its rate of acceleration; however, a K&L Trainz Canadian Pacific Royal Hudson and Selkirk go together like peanut butter and jelly, burgers and french fries, and similar combinations. Then again, also doing 'Southern' Royal Hudson #2839 would also be a nice addition to the steam engines you've made that have been used in the Southern/Norfolk Southern steam programs, such as Frisco 1522, Nickel Plate 765 and 587, 'Southern' Kanawha 2716, Norfolk and Western 611 and 1218, and Southern 4501. Then again, a Crescent-painted Southern 722 will allow us to recreate the early days of the Southern Steam Program. I don't know how to use Blender, GMax, and other similar programs, and I don't really have the patience to spend days upon days building a model of steam locomotive, nor do I have the resources needed to build such a model, plus I would end up losing interest if I had spent days building a model of a steam locomotive, only to discover that I made a mistake that would result in starting over from scratch. However, I do have the patience to wait for something like your Cotton Belt 819 to be released. It may seem like I'm being a gimmie pig, I'm only wondering if that you were considering doing those steamers.

Ask and ye shall receive.

What in the crap happened to this thread?! This needs to stay on topic, you guys. The name of this thread is "K&L Steam Locomotive pics!", not "Pre-Teen Central".

OK just joking around and in an attempt to redeem myself here we have the Cincinnatian crossing the diamonds at Norwood. This is an actual real place the Cincinnatian crossed but with a slight rewrite :hehe:.

And here we have a K&L factory reskin. As Norb asked for so more engine service areas of the L&A in the background. Norwood is the last leg of my L&A route and as all y'all can see there is still a lot of work to do .

The real place and you can just see the old grade where the PRR crossed the B&O

Frisco 1630 is a long way away. He needs to finish the 819, the CN Pacific, and then he gets to 1630. The trains in the project list are in order for a reason.

Simple fix for that. Open up notepad, type your reply, and then copy and paste into the reply box. For some odd reason that only happens when you select reply with quote on the trainz forums. As for the steam version of Trainz, good luck. I've always bought direct from Auran/N3V's webpage, and once from JR. Boxed copies IMHO are much better than a digital copy.

And back to the normal scheduled program!

819 is serviced at Chester before heading off to St. Louis:

In all fairness, Dave commissioned a C&O 490 set for later next year. So I understand his concern that my final product doesn't turn out like the one he posted the picture of....it won't :D

I suppose that is fair, though it did kinda appear to be a continuation of the... "Amtrak Foamer Nightmare", I guess you could call it? Ah, well. I suppose it is rather trivial, after all.

It's all good!

#1601 Susacapejo is now up and running! Just need to make the Hospital Kitchen/Guard Car and the consist is complete!
