K&L Trainz C&O L1 Issue

Hi all, haven't been on here in a while and unfortunately my return brings a bit of an issue. I recently bought K&L's C&O L1 pack, and while the rolling stock is flawless, the locomotive and tender's wheels seem to be hovering a few feet off the track for some reason. Has this happened to anyone else and if so does anybody know how to remedy it?

There is a tag you can add to the configs of the wheels to lower them. I forget what the tag is, it's been a while since I used it.
