"Jerome & Big Thunder Mountain": a desert ore hauler 1920x1080

I think they're like that because it's perfect for the setting. With the small gauge difference it didn't really look noticeable.

Hehe, exactly. :)

Thanks guys. You don't know how long that tunnel was bothering me, when finally the other day i had a "eureka moment" and figured out how to do it.

Thanks guys. :)

I should be asleep. Instead i did this:

It was originally a branch i thought to put in, but it just didn't work in the space. So...now it really doesn't work. ;) You can see the tunnel i posted shots of last time in the background (and the stuff on the far right is an area i just started working on).

I love your routes Roon, they showcase so much talent. Anyway I do have a practical question; with that much track buried or partially buried, do you get alot of flickering sleeper/ground issues? This is one of my pet peeves, forcing me to spend lots of time finding a compromise between track bury and flicker intensity. Consequently, I don't make use of this otherwise fine technique very often.

I know exactly what you are talking about, but actually no i don't :). The river and certain objects will flicker at a far away distance but the track doesn't.

August 12th at 7:15 Eastern Coast Time.

It'll be done when it's done :hehe:

You could be exactly right, lol. Hopefully before then actually. It depends on how busy my real job is, and actually how good or bad the weather outside is.

I don't have much left to do...as long as i don't go back and totally redo areas (which i do all the time :P).

Looking forward to whenever it comes out. And seriously. You can never have too many mines.;)
