Installation errors with Launcher Store 'simc" packages

Received two different errors when attempting to re-install DLC packages via the launcher store.

I have uninstalled both packages, restarted the launcher and run a DBR, then re-installed both packages.

For sc491d:
CDP package installation failed:
Error: Failed to download precached data for package 'sc491d' at version '104441' for platform 'standard-7'
1 Errrors, 0 warnings

For tdd0149
One or more of the installed packages were at an unexpected build version for resource 'simc:tdd049

Running TRS2019, Build: 117026

How can this problem be fixed ?

The first error could be ignored, TRS2019 will have to do the precaching itself. When istalling the package, just click "View Errors" after the installation, followed by "Cancel". The package will now be shown as "Installed".

The simc:TDD049 package still shows 'update" as it's status, in the Purchase and update sections, after following your instructions.

tdd049 is "CHN D38 Schnabel Car Full Pack". You should check the status of tdd050 ("CHN D38 Schnabel Car Gray") and/or tdd051 ("CHN D38 Schnabel Car Red").

I have those installed. tdd049 "CHN D38 Schnabel Car Full Pack" does not update even though it says Update. When Update is clicked, the progress bar will appear, download will occur, and then View Error appears. Clicking on View Error and then cancel will show Update.

Strange! I have Trainz Plus too, and tdd049 doesn't show an "Update" button (KUID is <kuid:447264:1>).
