How to use Permitted Queues on Rolling Stock

When using interactive industries, rolling stock commodity levels have a drop down under permitted queues to select a load. I understand that these loads correspond to different parts of the mesh on the car. My question is, with cars that have multiple load options in the queue - will there be any trouble with selecting all of them or should I only be selecting one? Can't find a concrete answer in the over 20 plus years of forum threads, youtube posts and reddit discussions that are no longer relevant.

I interprete this as a possibillity to differ between lightweight and heavy-weight pallets to simulate the summary weight of the whole load. And to slow down the drawdown of production queues possibly.
