HELP!!!

every time i try to install SP2 for TS2009 it comes up and says stuff like "Existing file appears to have been patched already: C:\Program Files\Auran\TS2009\bin\chrome\classic.jar"
and then goes on to say
"Failed to apply the patch: 38017_to_40040
Patching aborted."
Also when i try to load TS2009 it doesnt load

HELP!! Please
