Download Station 'Unable to contact server'

When I click on Content Manager and select Download Station, then try to download an asset, I get 'Unable to search asset' and 'Unable to contact server' after 60 seconds or so of trying. Is the server down or what?

I am having no problems accessing the Download Station from Content Manager. Some possibilities:-

  1. Your Virus Checker. Add TRS19.exe to its real time exception list
  2. If you are using a VPN -try disabling it and try again.
