DLC problem

I bought 2 routes on steam version of TRS 22 and steam shows them as installed but they are not in game.Steam says they don't support this how do I open a ticket with NV3.Not off to a very good start with T 22.Other people are posting on steam with same problem.

Once you purchase them, open the Trainz Launcher, there are 4 buttons, bottom one is Content Store, click that. Look under Purchased and you will see the routes you bought, click on the Install button and you should be set.

The 2 routes do not show in the purchased listing at all,but steam shows them as installed,and no download took place.

Could you please let us know which DLC packs you are seeing this issue with so we can look into it further.

Coal country and Sebino lake,Italy Quite a few others on steam are having the same problem but different routes

We're testing a possible fix now. We'll advise the solution hopefully later today.

The 2 routes downloaded now and both work so I guess they fixed the problem.
