PRR T1 DLC did not install

I bought the PRR T1 DLC via Steam, but the DLC not only did not install, but it also didn't allow me to install it manually in the content manager.
I own the DLC and it says it was "installed" on Steam but none of the content is showing up anywhere.
Before I contact support, I just want to know if I'm doing anything wrong.

Please help if possible!

Nevermind. It took a relaunch to say it was installable.
