Content Updates - Same 25 Items That Never Update?

There are 25 items shown on my Content Update list. When I select download the program very quickly scans down the list and stops. The download updates was working quite well for me recently until these 25 items from "lotharlake" will not update.

Might be because they are for a later Trainz-Build than your CMP is up to.

TS12 SP1 is TB 3.7 I think.

I am on Content Mgr. 3.7

This might help:

Sometimes I try to download those updates via CM. Sometimes the built-in assets refuse to then download / update. Solution I then us is to right click on it and select "view asset versions". In that popup I then select "View in main list". You can now add the new version to the download list without any problems.
