Confusing Reporting - Dead End

I never received my email for an order. So I clicked Support at the top of these pages. It went through the various technical questions but nothing about orders. I filled in what I could and submitted. I was told that I should not do what I did. That reporting system does not concern itself with orders. But the Support page says:
  1. We will assist users with problems related to orders, downloading, installation or access only.
I guess I am too old to understand how to use the Trainz systems. Time to narrow my focus and not buy any new stuff. Too much change. A $34.00 lesson.
