Can people reduce their images if they are large in size (Kb or MB wise)

I use Gadwin PrintScreen 4.3 freeware and have been for many years. I have it set up at 800x600 automatically as this is usually the standard for most all forum boards.

Here's one...

And another...

One more...

No one should have any trouble viewing them. They are all set at Auran standards through Gadwin PrintScreen.

Better than most but still to big @ 475KB
I took the liberty of copying the last image and here it is at 187KB.

Can you tell the difference :)

The colours are a bit different thats all, and thats because I always set the colour profile to sRGB, the origonal pic was adobeRGB and I couldn't be bothered altering the saturation to allow for the difference, there are no jpeg artifacts showing in my copy and that is what I meant by quality.
But if you all want to have <500KB 800x600 pics to look at thats up to you, for me I am starting to avoid threads with screen shots in them.
I belong to a photography forum where quality counts and most of them are around 200KB (800x600) and if you post images over a meg you get warned to stop, if you don't stop, your out.

IMHO, guys, you are trying to rule "The Rule", and 'The Rule' for this Screenie forum is somewhat self-teaching: Just a huge-pic warning on the thread title.

;) No more rules to "The Rule", please, or rulers to "The Ruler". Thank you.

Anyway, 75%-compressed jpg's are advisable. A good deal between quality and size.
