Hey everyone,
It's been very quiet for the last day or so..
Though I decided to rebuild the Outback Australian map. Here's some shots.

Fictional consist of L's performing level crossing trials to assure that all is good for the newly built passenger track.

A really great shot Graeme! The track, ballast and general dirt is a fantastic blend. You'll have to tell us your secret, mate!

Cheers,
Roy

Very nice work Baz sumthing i could really get into this Cane Train thing if only we had sum nice asset's to use, I have sum stuff here on the US style of cane trains where they use sum old sw1200 switchers to cart larger type cane hoppers to the mill and the smaller version you show here from field to sum form of interchange point.
Cheers Mick.

G'day all,
Love your work Baz, looks like your having a ball hauling cane.
Glenrowan is all but finished, so just a few from me.

G'day Mick, thanks mate. Just playing around with Patchys old Cairns layout. For an old route it stands up pretty well with some tweaking.
Not sure if you've seen it or not, "Narrowgauge" has been making new sugar cane assets as per "Freeware Announcements" but that may not be what your after.

Take care mate and have a great Chrissy.
Cheers,
Baz.

Geraldton - Mullewa

Hi all,

Updated shots of the Geraldton to Mullewa Line -
For those that do not know Geraldton is 450km north of Perth. This line (NG 3ft 6) runs east to Mullewa and beyond to Morawa. My track covers to just past Mullewa onto the Morawa line that has a portal allowing for loaded ore trains to head to Geraldton.
The Geraldton Port caters for Grain and Iron Ore.

Looking good there.

What's the level crossing you use, I can never find a good Australian crossing on the DLS.

It's Jerker's "VR Flashing Light/Boom Gate Level Crossing Kit" it can be found on the DLS, though it's an ATLS function, so you'll need the ATLS trigger, ATLS NRC traffic stopper, ATLS slave and the ATLS controller.
If you need help setting it up PM me and I will assist you.

Cheers, Stefan.

Some more,
El Zorro's Y145 moves some old fuel tankers from the district's freight depot to Tilnowle yard, crossing Station St in Mallstown.

Thanks Graeme, ditto. LOL just enjoying the change of pace. Things are a lot slower up here and i'm lovin it.
I know it's early mate but in case I get sidetracked, you and your all have a great christmas and a safe happy New Year.
All the best.
Cheers,
Baz.

Wonderful shots Tom, David and Stefan. The standard of screenshots are on the improve every time I check this thread.

Keep it up guys.

I've been distracted lately, spending time repairing my database. I thought I was going to lose all the work I'd done over the past couple of years, but thankfully with a bit of advice from a couple of trainz guru's, it's all coming together and I can breathe much easier.

A good time to wish all Aussie Trainzers from the City to the Bush, a very Merry Christmas. Just throw a few prawns on the barby, toss down a 'cold-one' or two; and then maybe, 2017 could be a Happy New Year for us all.

Cheers guys.

Roy
