A very impressive model of 'Hunter', Pete. Perhaps maybe we might get to see a green roundtop 3609 in lined green with Hawkesbury nameplates in the future?

I am really sorry to hear about Aurans decision to cut back support for older versions, as I have never had a problem with any content made for TRS04 or 06. Davido and ad602000 are two people who I know create for 06 and 04 respectivly and I use a lot of their content, with no problems.

I do apologise for my absense recently, my computer died, and I had to get a new one (which is a Trainz running BEAST). I did have to take a bit of time off from the forums here as I was busy trying to secure the thousands and thousands of real-life train photos I have taken (those of you that know my Flickr collection, this is only one tenth of the photos, so far behind am I with processing).

That said, there has been some amazing content released, I am working on getting TS2010 set up on this machine now, and I look forward to downloading some awesome new content as well as playing some more awesome Trainz!

Hey Trent, glad to see you back on the forums, and glad to hear you got a new PC! :)

Pete, love those 32 class! :udrool:

Just letting everyone know that the series 1 and 2 CQBY's and the PacNat RQHY's should be on the DLS later tonight. Thanks to all the beta testers who helped out!

Cheers,

It's among the ones I'm thinking of redoing that and the mountain classes

Would you have a pic of the nameplate?

P class, non saturated very clean lines, smaller smokebox different frame, no generator and roof mounted whistle. These were to become the 32 class. This one will have a 6 wheel tender, as opposed to the bogie tender of the 32 class. I have redone the dome to a more pleasing profile and placed it on all versions.

K103 sits at the up home stick at Sometown with a short goods.

A few minutes later, K103 is seen slowly moving into the yard past the two arrival signals. The local S&T crew contemplate how they are going to remove the temporary wooden post signal.

Taken by a mate, K103 is seen rolling into the platform from the pub across the road.

A short while later, K103 is seen hauling the goods past the two up departure signals.

Having bought the goods along the branchline, K103 sits at Devon Junction whilst awaiting a Down goods on the mainline. The train will continue onto the next station, where the track will be picked up by an up goods bound for Melbourne.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you all know that as soon as I get TransDEM figured out, i'll be starting work on the entirety of the North Coast Line in Queensland. I'll post some screenies soon.

Cheers,
Jack

oink...

A little 'side project' that I've been playing with since late 2008. Not really a 'priority' project, just something I work on when I'm bored with my other projects. :) I actually plan to do some more work on this fairly soon, as it is a nice loco to work on (well, not nice, but certainly a welcome challenge!).

Pete, the 32s look fantastic. Looking forward to these models!:udrool:

Zec, the 36 looks great aswell. If it's produced with the same quality as your last models, this will be defiantly one to keep an eye on.

Daniel:)

Warning! Small gauge but large screenshots

Who says you can't have too many trees, you can, I just proved it. Makes my machine stagger but boy, do they look good. I'd estimate about 8-12 thousand Speedtrees over the whole Dinmont to Crowes map section. Using all the same trees does help considerably.

G42 posed for the camera.

Very nice Peter! Although I think it could do with a slightly better ground texture (maybe one of my TS2009 ones? :P ). :) The ground texture just seems at odds with the trees :(

Brand new VR Series 4 T class number 390 is seen hauling a Healesville bound goods service down the grade into Healesville. Behind the loco is the Cave Hill limestone quarry.

Having rolled into Healesville, T390 is seen sitting in front of the signalbox at Lilydale, with the wooden posted semaphore signal sitting in front of it.

After the completion of Safeworking, T390 is seen passing the up home signals at Lilydale.

Further along, the train is seen crossing one of the many dirt roads in the area. Behind the locos (and the paddock of cows) is the old Warburton line, having seen it's last train only 3 and a bit months prior.

Having passed the crossing, we see a parting shot of the 6 wheel VR Z guards van.

VR K class #103 waits at Lilydale with an Up Warburton pass whilst waiting for a Down Healesville pass.

A few minutes later, A2 976 is seen leading the Down Healesville pass towards Lilydale, viewed from the signal mast.

With a 1400h arrival at Lilydale, the Healesville train is a few minutes late. Thankfully, the Warburton train is not due out till 1420...

About 15 minutes later, we see K103 about to depart with the 1420h up pass.

Working hard, K103 is seen roaring it's way up the grade past the down Distant signal. Unfortunately, the loco was steaming poorly this day, and stalled just past here.
