after installing patch i recieve an error

after i installed the 38411 to 40040 patch for trainz 2009 i recieve an error that says trainz.exe is not a valid win32 application :'( is there any way to fix this error? ive tried reinstalling but it didnt work

my operating system is windows 7 home premium 64bit
